Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at the time of booking. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE which includes things out of our control such as NATURAL DISASTERS and PANDEMICS! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. The only time a REFUND will be given, is if I’m unsuccessful at fulfilling the service on the day of the appointment due to any personal emergencies. The remaining balance is ALWAYS due in CASH ONLY! SAME DAY CANCELLATION: results in the loss of your deposit, you will have to pay another deposit to book an appointment. You must cancel/re-book your appointment at least 48 HOURS prior to your appointment. Your deposit will then be a credit given to use towards your future appointment. REMINDER: There are several CAMERAS RECORDING when you walk into the building. If you file a fraudulent DISPUTE for a service you received and/or payments you made knowingly aware of my NON REFUNDABLE POLICY, you will be BANNED from any future bookings and communications with THE KEYY2BEAUTY LLC and the AUTHORITIES will be notified! LATE FEE : there is a 7 minute grace period, after 7 minutes you will be charged a $25 LATE FEE that is due before NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
